A Hot Meal Kit has been specially developed to allow you to eat on the go or when there are no cooking facilities available. This is simple and effective to use. All you need to do is place the sealed food pouch in with the Flameless Ration Heater, add a small amount of water and then watch the chemical reaction heat the food in minutes. A spoon  is included.
